I'm a content designer. I design through simple, useful words to make digital products clear and to solve user needs.
I’m currently working with Mercator on projects at HMRC; designing policy into usable, accessible services.
I’ve been working in design and technology for over 10 years. I’ve worked with established organisations, tech companies and startups.
In the past, I’ve given small talks and I’ve helped co-organise events. I’d like to do more of these in the future. I've also interviewed writers in tech at every word matters. And I've been interviewed too.
